Sawubona!

Hi everyone! So I've been in Swaziland for the past three weeks and finally got around to updating or start a blog.

HOW ARE YOU?!?!?! Please update me on what you guys are doing!! I really want to know, anything and everything. As for me, I'm doing just fine. Right now, I'm currently in training so I'm still not yet an official volunteer yet. If I make it through training, I'll swear in at the end of August. By then I'll also be able to get a cell phone so you can hear my lovely voice if you so choose to do so.

I'm living with a host family right now in a rural village, Lebovu. I love my family. My daily schedule consists of waking up at 6AM (crazy considering how I'm not a morning person), get ready for school/training until about 3:30. After training I go to a spring to get water. I'm learning to carry 10L of water on my head. It's a workout!!! Then I finish my day with a bucket bath, dinner and letter writing, all with a candle light. No electricity!! :) Life is very simple and much slower here. I don't have much to complain. Please keep me updated!!
